REFUND POLICY



 

Recreation 

  • Full refunds are available prior to start of the season (season starts once rosters are post​ed).

  • Once the season starts, only credits may be issued up to the start of games minus player insurance fees.

  • Once games begin, only partial credits may be issued (bond plus registration minus uniform kit cost and insurance fees) .

  • Uniforms are non-refundable and not returnable once games begin (we cannot accept potentially used/worn uniforms).

  • Injuries on/off the field are not automatically subject to a full refund.  

  • Fees are not subject to refund if you disagree or are not happy with the placement of your player(s) in a particular division and/or team.

  • The Barnegat Soccer Club reserves the right to refuse a refund to any individual for any reason.

TRAVEL

  • By paying registration (either in full or by installment payment) in the Spring for the following seasonal year, you are securing your players place on  the team and agreeing to participate with team for the entire seasonal year.

  • Refunds for payments received may not be refundable if leaving the team prior to the end of the seasonal year.

  • Uniforms are paid directly by the player and are not returnable or reimbursable by the Club.

  • Injuries on/off the field are not automatically subject to a partial and/or full refund.

  • The Barnegat Soccer Club reserves the right to refuse a refund to any individual for any reason.
